👩🍳 Procedure:
1️⃣ Prepare the batter:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy. ✨
Sifter the flour and gradually add it, mixing well until you get a smooth batter. 🥄
Add the honey and the yeast dissolved in the water 💧, mix well. Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. ❄️
2️⃣ Cook the dorayaki:
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat (without oil). 🥘
Pour a spoonful of batter to form small round pancakes. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface (about 1-2 minutes). 🔵
Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for 30 seconds. Repeat the process with all the batter. 🔄
3️⃣ Assemble the dorayaki:
Spread the Anko bean paste or Nutella on a pancake. 🍫
Lay another pancake on top of the filling and gently press the edges to seal the dorayaki. 🍪
