Ingredients (serves 1):

🥕 1/2 cup chopped carrots (about 60 g)
🍍 1/4 cup pineapple (about 40 g), diced
🍌 1 ripe banana 🍌
🍊 1/4 cup orange (about 40 g), peeled and cut into segments
🍯 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetening)
🥛 1 cup almond milk (about 240 ml)
🧊 Ice cubes (to taste, to make the smoothie cooler and creamier) ❄️

Directions:

Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana 🍌 and the orange 🍊, then cut them into pieces. Take the pineapple 🍍 and cut it into cubes, while the carrots 🥕 should be grated or chopped into small pieces.
Blend everything together: Put all the ingredients (banana, orange, pineapple, carrots) in the blender. Add the honey 🍯 (if you want to sweeten the smoothie) and pour in the almond milk 🥛.
Add ice: Add a little ice 🧊 for a super refreshing effect and to make the smoothie creamier.
Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a little more ice!
