Easy and without scales! Use the yogurt pot as a unit of measurement
Ingredients:
1 pot of plain yogurt
2 pots of 00 flour
1 pot of starch
3 eggs
2 pots of sugar
1 pot of milk
1 pot of seed oil
1 sachet of baking powder
Nutella
Icing sugar
Method:
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is light and frothy.
Add the ingredients: Incorporate the yogurt, milk and oil, mixing well.
Combine the dry ingredients: Little by little, add the flour, starch and yeast, continuing to mix until the mixture is smooth.
First cooking: Pour half of the mixture into an oiled and floured mold. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes for half cooking.
Add Nutella: Remove the cake from the oven and generously spread Nutella over the surface.
Second baking: Pour the remaining batter over the Nutella and return to the oven. Continue baking for another 15 minutes or so, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve: Let the cake cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
