Pan-fried cauliflower with bread and Aciughe

Discover a simple and tasty dish, where cauliflower marries perfectly with the intensity of anchovies and the crunchiness of breadfruit! 🍽️✨

Ingredients for 4-6 people:

1 cauliflower 🥦 (cut into cinnamon)
4-6 anchovy fillets in oil 🐟
4 tablespoons of bread 🍞
2 cloves of garlic lio (chopped)
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil iva
Vente e pepe q.b. 🧂🌶️
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish 🌿 (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the cauliflower: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes. Split and seal. 🥦💦
Slice the garlic: In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and simmer until golden. 🧄✨
Add the anchovies: Combine the anchovy fillets and mix well, crushing with a wooden spoon until melted. 🐟❤️
Cook the cauliflower: Add the cauliflower to the pan and stir to taste. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. 🥦🔥
Adding breadcrumbs: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over cauliflower and mix well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until breadcrumbs are crispy. 🍞✨
