Ingredients:
1 egg
50 g of sugar
20 g of butter
1 sachet of vanilla
90 g of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
150 g of dark chocolate
Icing sugar to taste
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa
Method:
Melt the Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Let it cool.
Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture. Add the softened butter and mix well.
Combine the Dry Ingredients: Sift the vanilla, flour, baking powder and bitter cocoa. Add them to the egg and sugar mixture, mixing until you get a smooth dough.
Mix in the Chocolate: Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir well to distribute it evenly.
Shape the Cookies: Using two spoons, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
