Ingredients
For the dough:
3 Eggs 🥚
150 g Sugar 🍬
15 g Lemon Zest 🍋
120 ml Vegetable Oil 🥄

Method
Preparation of the dough:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
Add the lemon zest and mix well to release the aroma.
Pour in the oil, lemon juice and milk, continuing to mix to combine all the ingredients well.
