Light Sugar-Free Apple Pie

Ingredients:

4-5 medium apples 🍏
100 g of natural yogurt 🥄
1 egg 🥚
200 g of ricotta cheese 🧀
Cinnamon to taste 🌰
Blueberries or raisins (optional)

Procedure:

Preparing the oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Preparing the apples:
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
Preparing the mixture:
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the yogurt and the egg until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
If desired, add blueberries or raisins to the mixture and mix well.
Assembly:
Place the apple slices in a baking pan lightly greased with butter or covered with baking paper, sprinkling each layer with a little cinnamon.
Pour the ricotta and yogurt mixture over the apples.
Baking:
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the surface is golden and the cake is cooked in the center. Check with a toothpick!
