Ingredients

- 200g of chocolate hazelnut wafers
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of spreadable cream (Nutella)
- 16 whole hazelnuts
- A little extra spreadable cream for the filling
- For the icing:
- 150g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of neutral oil
- 50 g of chopped and toasted hazelnuts or almonds
Instructions
- Crumble the wafers in a bowl until they have a sand-like consistency.
- Add the Nutella and mix until a smooth mixture forms.
- Form balls with the dough, placing a whole hazelnut in the center of each one .
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, adding the oil for a smoother and shinier consistency.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped toasted hazelnuts .
