Risotto with Cream of Zucchini and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 320 g Carnaroli rice
  • 3 fresh courgettes
  • 300 g crumbled sausage
  • 1 litre of vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Preparation of the courgettes: Cut them into rounds and cook them with a drizzle of oil and garlic until they are soft. Blend to obtain a smooth cream.
  • Browning the Sausage: Remove the casing and brown the sausage in a pan until golden brown.
