Ingredients
- 320 g Carnaroli rice
- 3 fresh courgettes
- 300 g crumbled sausage
- 1 litre of vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preparation of the courgettes: Cut them into rounds and cook them with a drizzle of oil and garlic until they are soft. Blend to obtain a smooth cream.
- Browning the Sausage: Remove the casing and brown the sausage in a pan until golden brown.
