Hello everyone! Today I present to you a quick and easy Lemon Cake to prepare: 12 Spoons without scales! Perfect for a special breakfast or a dessert after a meal.

Ingredients:

12 tablespoons of sugar
3 eggs
12 tablespoons of milk
12 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Juice of a lemon
Zest of a lemon
12 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Icing sugar (for decorating)

Method:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter and flour a 21 cm diameter Gugelhupf mold.
Beat the Eggs: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
Add Oil and Milk: Gradually add the vegetable oil and milk, continuing to mix.
Incorporate Lemon: Add the lemon zest and juice to the mixture.
Add Flour and Baking Powder: Sift the flour and baking powder together and mix until smooth and free of lumps.
Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Decorate: Allow the cake to cool, then turn it out and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
