Oatmeal and Banana Cocoa Flan

Ingredients

  • 150 g of oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 30 g of bitter cocoa

Procedure

  1. Mashing the bananas : Start by mashing the bananas until you get a smooth puree.
  2. Mix the oats and cocoa : Add the oats and cocoa to the bowl with the bananas. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Sweeten to taste : You can add a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if you want more sweetness.

Cooking

  • Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes, checking that the surface becomes slightly golden.
