- Mashing the bananas : Start by mashing the bananas until you get a smooth puree.
- Mix the oats and cocoa : Add the oats and cocoa to the bowl with the bananas. Mix well until smooth.
- Sweeten to taste : You can add a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if you want more sweetness.
Cooking
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
- Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes, checking that the surface becomes slightly golden.
