Meat scallops (you can use veal or chicken) π

Fresh mushrooms (champignon or porcini) π

Preparation:
Flour the scallops:
Thoroughly flour the scallops, making sure they are well coated with flour to obtain a crispy cooking
Cooking the shells:
Heat a pan with bi butter and fry the scallops until they are golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
