When I have a few minutes, I make this delicious cake! It’s super easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
Base:
350 g cocoa biscuits
90 g melted butter
30 ml milk
Cream:
1 egg yolk
80 g sugar
60 g corn starch (Maizena)
500 ml milk
50 g white chocolate
100 g mascarpone
Method:
Preparation of the base:
Crush the cocoa biscuits and mix them with the melted butter and milk until you get a smooth mixture.
Distribute the mixture in a cake tin and compact it well.
Preparation of the cream:
In a saucepan, beat the egg yolk with the sugar, corn starch and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate, stirring until it melts.
Finally, incorporate the mascarpone until you get a smooth cream.
Assembly:
Pour the cream on the biscuit base and level the surface.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
