A quick and delicious dessert!
Fancy an irresistible dessert but don’t have much time to prepare it? This Nutella cake is the perfect solution: soft, easy and ready in a flash!
Ingredients (for a 20 cm diameter cake):
3 eggs
200 g of Nutella
150 g of flour
1 packet of dessert yeast
1 tablespoon of seed oil
1 pinch of salt
Icing sugar (optional, for decoration)
Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. until you get a light and fluffy compound. Use an electric whisk for super fast results.
Add Nutella (if it’s too thick, warm it up a little) and a spoonful of seed oil. Mix well until you get a creamy and uniform composition.
2️⃣ Insert dry ingredients:
Sift the flour and yeast directly into the Nutella compound.
Mix gently with a spatula with low-to-high movements, to keep the air in the compound.
3️⃣ Bake the cake:
Butter and flour a 20 cm diameter round pan. Pour the dough, leveling it carefully.
Bake in a static oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
Test the stick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!
Extra tips
Decoration: a dusting of icing sugar or a pouring of Nutella on the cake will make it even more delicious!
Variations: Add chopped hazelnuts to the dough for a crunchy and even tastier touch!
Storage: cover the cake with cling film and store it at room temperature for 2-3 days (if you don’t finish it sooner, obviously).
