No-Bake Cake in 10 Minutes!

If you want a quick and delicious dessert, this no-bake cake is perfect! Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

For the base:
200 g crushed biscuits
1 tablespoon bitter cocoa
100 g melted butter
For the cream:
600 g spreadable cheese or mascarpone
100 g sugar
100 g melted dark chocolate
Decoration:
Grated dark chocolate

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the cocoa and melted butter until you get a smooth mixture.
Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 20 cm mould, levelling with the back of a spoon. Put in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up.
In another bowl, mix the spreadable cheese (or mascarpone) with the sugar until you get a smooth cream.
Add the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
Pour the cream over the biscuit base and level the surface with a spatula.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours, until solidified.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated dark chocolate for a finishing touch.
