Lasagna Has Never Been So Good!

This delicious dish combines courgettes, béchamel and cooked ham in a flavorful embrace! Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients:

500 g of béchamel
3 large courgettes
250 g of diced or sliced ​​cooked ham
Fior di latte (or mozzarella)
Grated cheese to taste
10-12 thin lasagna sheets

Instructions:

Cook the courgettes: Sauté the onion and cook the courgettes. Once cooked, blend them and let them cool.
Mix: Combine the blended courgettes with the béchamel until you obtain a smooth cream.
Assemble the lasagna: Start with a layer of courgette cream and béchamel on the bottom of the pan.
Add the lasagna: Place 2 sheets of lasagna on top of the first layer of cream.
Next layers: Add another layer of zucchini cream and béchamel, followed by the diced cooked ham.
Mozzarella and cheese: Add the fior di latte and a little grated cheese.
Repeat: Continue repeating the steps until you run out of ingredients.
Cooking: Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the surface is golden and stringy.
