Method:
Fry the onion: In a saucepan, brown the chopped onion with a drizzle of oil.
Add the cuttlefish: Add the already cleaned cuttlefish, the tomato puree, a pinch of salt, a little chili pepper and the chopped parsley. Mix well.
Initial cooking: Cover and add two glasses of water. Cook over medium heat with the lid on for 10 minutes.
Add the peas: Add the peas and continue cooking over moderate heat for another 20 minutes.
