Mini tart, apples
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 apple
150 g flour
60 ml vegetable oil
60 g sugar
80 ml milk (or yogurt)
7 g yeast
vanilla and a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix an egg with sugar and oil.
- Then add the milk, flour, yeast and a little salt.
- Finally, pour a little vanilla and form a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the molds and add the apple.
- Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
- Decorate with jam and coconut.
